In-House Personal Development Courses

If you prefer, we can deliver a 'Personal Development' course at a venue of your choice. Usually this will be at your site or a local hotel. This gives you greater flexibility around timing and geography. If you have 5 or more people attending, it can also be more cost-effective than individuals attending our public courses.

Every organisation is unique and your group may have particular development needs, depending on their career stage. We can deliver our popular 'Understanding People & What REALLY Makes Them Tick!' course using the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) to understand thinking preferences. Alternatively, we can tailor the content to reflect the learning priorities of the organisation.

Additional one-to-one coaching to support implementation after the course can be arranged.

Meet Your Trainer - Rosie Gray 

Rosie designs and delivers all our in-house Personal Development courses. She has worked successfully with clients of all sizes - from household names to small, specialised companies. She has considerable business and line management experience. She's a Learning & Development Consultant, and a Master Practitioner of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming).

Rosie is highly experienced in the use of the 'Whole Brain Thinking' concept, and is an AccreditedPractitoner in the use of the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI), the profiling tool included in the 'Understanding People & What REALLY makes Them Tick!' course. She has a particular interest in identifying what the highest performers do that makes them successful, and enabling others to learn their tips and techniques easily and quickly. Her approach is practical, highly effective and refreshing.

How much would an in-house course be?

The fee for a one day in-house course held at Mainland UK venues (maximum 10 attendees) would be £1,100 plus VAT. This includes a comprehensive workbook for each participant. In addition, travel expenses/accommodation are added and a charge of £50 plus VAT is made for the HBDI Profile for each participant.

We deliver the 'Understanding People & What REALLY Makes Them TIck!' course regularly as an open course at venues around the country - perfect if you only have a few participants. Details of next dates and course content can be found here
